Let us form your Nevada Corporation or Limited Liability Company for only $1,000. This includes your filing fee, corporate kit and seal. Your privacy will NOT be lost in the process. We will file your 60 day list of officers.  We will get you a tax i.d. number. All we need from you is the name of the corporation and the names and addresses of the directors.

 Normally, incorporation takes three weeks. If we pay the Secretary of State an extra $200 we can incorporate in a 

week and if we pay an extra $500 we can fax file incorporate in one day. We will be your resident agent for $250 a year and that includes one hour of consulation time. The Secretary of State will charge you $125 a year.
